WE CUSTOMIZE MENUS TO FIT YOUR BUDGET.
Listed below are just a few options that we offer: 

• Full Service, Staffed Events hosting up to 250 guest  at the Occasions Banquet Hall in LaPaz , Indiana.  This includes the convenient use of our facility with the set-up and tear-off the tables,  china table service, complimentary centerpieces  and if necessary a parking lot attendant.   An 18% gratuity charge and 7% Indiana Sales Tax will also apply to the final bill.
   
• Full Service, Staffed Events at your desired location.  We’ll staff your event at your desired location providing top-notch service working around the accommodations of the location in which you choose.  We’ll assist in making decisions that best suit your needs with a full list of “off-premise” options.  An 18% gratuity charge and 7% Indiana Sales Tax will also apply to the final bill.
   
• Off Premise, Drop-off Service at your desired location.  Name the place and time and we’ll drop off your order to you “hot and fresh” and ready to serve.  Complimentary delivery within a 10 mile radius, otherwise there is a $20 delivery charge plus 7% Indiana Sales Tax.
   
• We Proudly Server Our Troops. Hoosier Catering has the experience and expertise to successfully feed troops throughout the United States whether it be at local armories, military bases or field operations. We proudly meet and fulfill all government specifications and requirements. We have successfully prepared as many as 4000 meals a day for an extended time frame and consider it a privilege to be awarded contracts. Hoosier Catering has the capability and availability to serve our troops short or long term. We are available to cater: DRILL WEEKENDS, LONG OR SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENTS, BATALLION FUNCTIONS and HOLIDAY EVENTS.

Hoosier Catering Fees:**

• Delivery Charge:
  Drop-Off Complimentary with 10 mile radius, otherwise $20 per delivery.
   
• Cake Cutting  Service:
  $30.00
   
• Bartender  Service:
  $20 per hour, per bartender.    
       
• Room Charge:
  $150 Room Charge
  Fee covers the use of our Facility, China, Linens,Table Skirting, Centerpieces, Dance Floor and Sound System
  Fee waived with 100 or more guest count
   
• Off Premise Linen Rental:
  $4.00 per linens.
  $1.00 per cloth napkin.
  Complimentary table skirting
    
• Method of Payment:
  $300 deposit required. 
  Refundable only if event  is cancelled 45 days prior to your selected date. 
  Personal check, Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express accepted.

• Domestic Beer - $3.00
